Full-service includes a new battery/batteries, delivery, installation, battery coding, and battery recycling.

MobileBattery 30-Day Grace Period

All new battery purchases include a 30-Day Grace Period, allowing you to exchange your current battery for a new one if it's defective. A "bad cell" or "replacement needed" must be indicated by a load tester.

Manufacturer Warranty Only

In case of battery failure, contact your battery manufacturer for warranty service. Booking our mobile warranty service for a manufacturer warranty will include a service charge for installation and delivery. Your battery will be replaced with a new, same-size unit, but our onsite service is not included.

Note: Installation, delivery, and restocking are not covered by your manufacturer warranty. A minimum charge of $120-$160 plus applicable taxes/fees will be applied during your onsite replacement

Premium MobileBattery Warranty

With our MobileBattery warranty, you get a new battery delivered and installed during the manufacturer's free replacement period.

Example: If your battery has a 3-year free replacement and a 3-year prorated warranty, the Premium MobileBattery Warranty will cover the free replacement period but not the prorated warranty period.
